ITC Asked To Probe Agriculture Trade Barriers In China

Law360, New York (April 5, 2010, 12:22 PM EDT) -- Senate Finance Committee chairman Max Baucus, D-Mont., and ranking member Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, are calling on the U.S. International Trade Commission to study the impact of Chinese trade barriers on the competitiveness of American agricultural products in Chinese markets.
