Dentsply Must Face Rivals' Federal Antitrust Claims

Law360, New York (April 5, 2010, 3:41 PM EDT) -- A judge has adopted a magistrate judge's recommendations and ruled that federal antitrust claims should move forward — and state law claims should be dropped — in Univac Dental Co. and Lactona Corp.’s lawsuit accusing Dentsply International Inc. of engaging in anti-competitive practices in the dentures market.
