Conflicts Questioned In Apple Options Probe

Law360, New York (January 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The director of the internal team tasked with investigating alleged stock options backdating at computer giant Apple Inc. once headed the committee that approved the options in question, a conflict of interest that could have disqualified him from the position.
