Williams Mullen Resolves Cucumber Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (April 6, 2010, 6:07 PM EDT) -- Williams Mullen PC has resolved allegations that attorneys at the firm repeatedly bashed a former employee's Vietnamese ethnicity and engaged in inappropriate sexual conduct, including one incident that involved a cucumber.

Judge Mark S. Davis of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia dismissed the case with prejudice Monday, saying the parties had reached a mutual agreement.
