Patent Invalidity Ruling Sticks In Whirlpool-LG ITC Case

Law360, New York (April 6, 2010, 4:52 PM EDT) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to reconsider its finding of partial invalidity in appliance maker Whirlpool Corp.'s infringement suit against rival LG Electronics USA Inc., upholding a victory for LG in a long-running Section 337 case over ice-storage and refrigerator patents.
