Ex-Booz Allen Execs Fail In Bid For $60M From Sale

Law360, New York (April 7, 2010, 2:51 PM EDT) -- Two retired executives of consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. have failed to convince a Delaware court that they should have been allowed to reap roughly $60 million under stock redemption agreements when the company sold its government services unit to The Carlyle Group in 2008.
