Paint Giants Win Approval Of $39M Settlement

Law360 (January 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Sherwin-Williams Co. and PPG Industries Inc. have gotten a federal judge’s preliminary approval to shell out a combined $39 million to settle an antitrust suit that accused the defendants of participating in a price-fixing conspiracy for automotive refinishing paint.
