Laidlaw Sued Over NH Biomass Power Plant Contract

Law360, New York (April 7, 2010, 12:58 PM EDT) -- Waldron Engineering and Construction Inc. has slapped Laidlaw Berlin Biopower LLC with a breach of contract suit, alleging the energy company refused to pay for engineering work and reneged on an agreement to retain Waldron as the exclusive design engineer for a biomass energy power station in New Hampshire.

Exeter, N.H.-based Waldron filed its complaint Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
