Supreme Court Declines EchoStar Appeal

Law360 (January 8, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear an appeal by EchoStar Communications Corp., forcing the satellite company to comply with an appeals court order barring it from providing local television programming to subscribers outside of local areas.
