Law360, New York (April 7, 2010, 5:03 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has granted Chevron USA Inc.'s bid to toss fraud and breach of contract counterclaims brought by Trifinery Inc. in a suit accusing it of failing to clean up 1 million gallons of crude oil the energy giant allegedly spilled at an Alabama refinery.
