Former FERC Enforcement Chief Joins McGuireWoods

Law360, New York (April 7, 2010, 3:41 PM EDT) -- McGuireWoods LLP has brought on Todd Mullins, former branch chief of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's investigation division, who will take the helm of the energy enforcement practice group within the firm's government, regulatory and criminal investigations group.

Mullins started Wednesday in McGuireWoods' Washington office.

During his four-year tenure at FERC, Mullins led enforcement efforts in novel regulatory areas created by the Energy Policy Act of 2005, in particular in the realms of energy market manipulation and electric grid reliability.
