Sierra Club, Power Cos. End Beef Over Ohio Plant

Law360, New York (April 8, 2010, 2:27 PM EDT) -- The Sierra Club has buried the hatchet with a group of power companies over emissions from a 2,600-megawatt coal-fired power plant in southwestern Ohio, putting to rest a long-running lawsuit that claimed illegal pollution from the facility was causing severe health and economic impacts in the state.
