White House Seeks Answers On Massey Mine Blast

Law360, New York (April 9, 2010, 12:51 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama is asking federal mine safety and labor officials to report in coming days their initial findings on what corporate or industrywide factors may have caused the fatal explosion at a Massey Energy Co.-operated mine in West Virginia, the nation's worst coal-mining disaster in 25 years.
