Williams Connolly Race Bias Plaintiff Told To Show Up

Law360, New York (April 9, 2010, 3:26 PM EDT) -- A Baltimore woman who claims Williams & Connolly LLP forced her to resign after she complained of pay disparities for black secretaries will see her lawsuit dismissed unless she appears and gives responsive answers at a deposition within three weeks, a federal judge has ruled.

Judge James Robertson's order, issued Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, came in response to a March 22 oral motion to dismiss plaintiff Julie A. Gaskins' putative class action.
