Mead Appeals $14M Judgment In Formula False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (April 12, 2010, 12:54 PM EDT) -- Mead Johnson & Co. is appealing a $13.5 million judgment against it in a case in which competitor PBM Products LLC accused the infant-nutrition giant of falsely claiming that its Enfamil Lipil baby formula was superior to store-brand versions.
