Ex-Holland & Knight Partner Faces Sanction In Bias Suit

Law360, New York (April 12, 2010, 3:02 PM EDT) -- The special referee assigned to supervise discovery in a former Holland & Knight LLP partner's wrongful termination suit against the firm has recommended a $2,500 sanction for the plaintiff's alleged failure to timely comply with a discovery order.
