In The Wake Of Citizens United

Law360, New York (April 13, 2010, 3:43 PM EDT) -- On March 26, 2010, two federal courts in the District of Columbia handed down decisions that may set the stage for more campaign finance litigation before the Supreme Court. In both cases, the courts were called upon to interpret and possibly extend the scope of the U.S. Supreme Court’s recent landmark decision in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, 130 S. Ct. 876 (U.S. 2010).
