Toshiba Brings Hynix Before ITC For Second Round

Law360, New York (January 10, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- The battle between Toshiba Corp. and Hynix Semiconductor Inc. over NAND flash memory chips rages on, with Toshiba filing a new patent suit against Hynix in the United States International Trade Commission.

Toshiba complained that South Korea’s Hynix group and a U.S. subsidiary are infringing Toshiba’s patents over NAND memory technology and sought an injunction to stop the sale of Hynix NAND memory chips in the U.S.
