Gillette Withdraws Motion In German Patent Suit Vs. Schick

Law360 (June 17, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Gillette Co. has withdrawn a motion for preliminary injunction against the manufacture and sale of Schick Wilkinson Sword’s Quattro and Intuition razors in Germany after a patent court indicated it would deny Gillette's request.

In the patent suit, Gillette had alleged that Schick Wilkinson Sword was infringing three of its patents with the Quattro handle, the Intuition shower caddy, and the shape of the skin conditioning solid and blade configuration of the Intuition cartridge.
