Enviros Pursue NAFTA Action Over Canada Oil Sands

Law360, New York (April 15, 2010, 1:32 PM EDT) -- A coalition of environmental groups including the Natural Resources Defense Council has accused the Canadian government of failing to enforce anti-pollution laws related to oil sands reserves in violation of its commitments under the North American Free Trade Agreement.
