Fujitsu Accused Of Defaming Sandringham, Advisers

Law360, New York (April 15, 2010, 5:58 PM EDT) -- Tokyo investment firm Sandringham Private Value and two financial advisers reportedly filed a defamation suit Thursday against Fujitsu Ltd. executives for allegedly implying that they had mafia ties, marking the latest fallout from the ouster of Fujitsu's president.

Sandringham, President Yoichi Torii and his business partner Koji Fusa sued the Fujitsu executives for defamation in the Tokyo District Court, Reuters reported Thursday.
