DOE Tries To Unplug LG Suit Over Energy Star Fridges

Law360, New York (April 15, 2010, 2:45 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Energy is seeking to throw out a lawsuit brought by LG Electronics USA Inc. over a department challenge to the appliance maker's contention that certain refrigerator-freezers are subject to a settlement regarding the Energy Star label on French door refrigerators.
