NM Greenhouse Gas Proceedings Put On Hold

Law360, New York (April 15, 2010, 6:52 PM EDT) -- A state court judge has granted a preliminary injunction that will, for the time being, prohibit the New Mexico Environmental Improvement Board from moving forward with a rulemaking proceeding to adopt a statewide cap on greenhouse gas emissions.
