DC Circ. Supports DOL's Amended OSHA Rules

Law360, New York (April 19, 2010, 6:23 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has declined to review the U.S. Department of Labor's decision to amend Occupational Safety and Health Administration rules clarifying that an employer's failures to provide protective equipment or workplace training can constitute a separate violation for each employee.
