Group Targets DOT Over $35M Road Grant

Law360, New York (April 19, 2010, 12:49 PM EDT) -- A nonprofit based in Washington state has sued the Federal Highway Administration alleging it failed to prepare an environmental impact statement analyzing mobile source air toxics before awarding a $35 million grant to a Spokane road project.
