Continental, Fla. Law Firms Resolve Coverage Spat

Law360, New York (April 19, 2010, 5:35 PM EDT) -- Continental Casualty Co. has dropped a suit it filed against Florida-based law firms Cooke & King LLLP and Florin Law Group PA in which the insurer argued that misrepresentations by the two firms had rendered two policies void.

Judge James Lawrence King of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida signed off on a final order of voluntary dismissal in the case on Friday.
