Motorola, ClassCo Seek End Of Caller ID Patent Suit

Law360, New York (April 19, 2010, 1:46 PM EDT) -- ClassCo Inc. has agreed to dismiss sole remaining defendant Motorola Inc. from a patent infringement suit over audible caller identification technology that also targeted Panasonic Corp. and VTech Communications Inc.

The companies lodged a joint stipulated motion for dismissal with prejudice Friday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, seeking to drop all claims and counterclaims.
