Mattel Still Owns Crash Dummies Marks: Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (April 19, 2010, 2:23 PM EDT) -- Even though Mattel Inc. stopped selling its Crash Dummies line of toys for several years, a federal appeals court has ruled that the company did not abandon the trademarks on the products and denied a former licensee’s bid to use the marks on its own line of goods.
