Wal-Mart Loses Bid To Toss Faulty Tire Death Suit

Law360, New York (April 19, 2010, 4:03 PM EDT) -- Wal-Mart Stores East LP has lost its bid for summary judgment in a lawsuit that accuses the retail giant of negligence over its employees' failure to stop a customer, who was later killed in a car crash, from leaving a store with a defective tire.
