Waxman Wants To Strip Lead Paint Loophole

Law360, New York (April 20, 2010, 2:35 PM EDT) -- With the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency poised to debut new rules governing the removal of toxic lead paint from older homes, Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Calif., is calling on the agency to remove a provision that would exempt child-free homes from having to comply with the regulation.
