GE Gets Some Defective Stove Claims Tossed

Law360, New York (April 20, 2010, 12:48 PM EDT) -- A judge has dismissed some claims in a lawsuit brought against General Electric Co. and Electric Insurance Co., saying a Louisiana couple and their insurer did not raise a genuine issue of material fact in alleging that a GE stove was designed defectively.
