Steris Offers Device Rebates To Settle FDA Claims

Law360, New York (April 20, 2010, 1:59 PM EDT) -- Facing threats from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Steris Corp. said Tuesday that it would offer up to $100 million worth of rebates to customers who bought one of the company's surgical instrument sterilization devices that the agency maintains lacks regulatory approval.
