The Case For The Boutique Patent Firm

Law360 (January 11, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- As the legal press moves from one story to another about the so-called demise of the intellectual property firm, the Association of Patent Law Firms (APLF) feels it is time to raise the level of discourse on the issue to a logical, practical level.

Simply put, we believe that there are talented, experienced attorneys at both IP and general practice firms, and this can only benefit our clients. After all, our clients should be at the center of this debate, not us.
