Bill Would Reverse High Court Rulings Limiting CWA

Law360, New York (April 21, 2010, 4:15 PM EDT) -- Rep. Jim Oberstar, D-Minn., introduced a bill in the U.S. House of Representatives on Wednesday that would reverse two recent Supreme Court decisions that limited the scope of the Clean Water Act.

H.R. 5088, known as the America's Commitment to Clean Water Act, would effectively reverse the effects of the Supreme Court's decisions in Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County v.
