Union Health Care Fund Sues Natural Gas Co.

Law360, New York (January 12, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A union health care plan has sued Infiniti Energy & Environmental Inc., charging that the energy provider has failed to make contributions to its employees’ benefits program for over two years.

The company owes employees back pay for breaking the terms of a collective bargaining agreement since December 2004, the Operating Engineers’ Local 324 Health Care Plan said in its complaint, filed in U.S. District Court for the District of Michigan on Wednesday.
