Mykrolis Asks Court To Hold Pall In Contempt In Patent Suit

Law360, New York (June 22, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Process tool components and subsystems supplier Mykrolis Corp. has asked a judge to hold rival Pall Corp. in contempt of court for allegedly defying a federal court's preliminary injunction in a patent suit.

Mykrolis alleged Monday that Pall has defied a court’s preliminary injunction by selling its EZD-3 products, which are renamed versions of its EZD-2 products.
