Atty's Termination Suit Against Philadelphia Trimmed

Law360, New York (April 23, 2010, 4:32 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has trimmed a wrongful termination suit brought by an attorney who was fired from the Philadelphia solicitor's office after she filed a defamation suit against her supervisor, who she claims was having an extramarital affair with her then-husband, a partner at Pepper Hamilton LLP.
