Epstein 'Punished' Atty By Withholding Capital: Suit

Law360, New York (April 23, 2010, 5:18 PM EDT) -- An ex-shareholder at EpsteinBeckerGreen has accused the firm of refusing to reimburse $150,000 in capital contributions, saying his former employer withheld the money as part of a stealth policy of punishing attorneys for firm losses.

Thomas P. Brown sued Epstein for breach of contract, fraud and other claims April 16 in the Superior Court of the State of California for the County of Los Angeles, Central District.
