SEC, CFTC Seek Funds For Vast Enforcement Upgrades

Law360, New York (April 28, 2010, 5:53 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission appeared before a U.S. Senate panel Wednesday to ask for substantial budget increases in 2011 that they say will be needed to implement pending financial regulatory reforms and address past deficiencies.
