ADM Says Eco Botched $4.3M Boiler Efficiency Job

Law360, New York (April 26, 2010, 2:19 PM EDT) -- Eco Inc. and a subcontractor were paid more than $4.3 million to outfit an Archer Daniels Midland Co. agricultural facility with equipment designed to recapture energy but botched the work, the food processing giant claims in a breach of contract suit.
