Cintas Can Depose Sex Bias Plaintiffs Again: Judge

Law360, New York (April 27, 2010, 4:17 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has overruled the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's objections and decided to allow Cintas Corp. to redepose seven job applicants in a sex discrimination suit.

Magistrate Judge Donald A. Scheer of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan issued his ruling Thursday, granting Cintas' combined motion for leave to conduct the depositions and denying the EEOC's motion for a protective order barring the second round of depositions.
