Aid-Ox Maker Wins Challenge To Product Delisting

Law360, New York (April 27, 2010, 2:38 PM EDT) -- Hercules Chemical Co. has won an appellate challenge to the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection's decisions to delist its product Aid-Ox as an approved septic system additive.

Friday's ruling, in the Massachusetts Appeals Court, agreed with the company's contention that the department's decisions, made without providing an adjudicatory hearing, must be set aside as contrary to law.
