Law360, New York (April 27, 2010, 6:39 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency issued a report Tuesday that it says shows measurable effects of climate change, just a day after a key Republican senator put the fate of efforts to advance bipartisan climate change legislation in question by pulling out of talks with Sens. John Kerry, D-Mass., and Joe Lieberman, I-Conn.
The report, titled “Climate Change Indicators in the United States,” looks at 24 indicators including greenhouse gas emissions, heat-related deaths, and leaf and bloom dates.
