Law360, New York (April 28, 2010, 5:32 PM EDT) -- Mine Safety Appliances Co. and 3M Co. have won the dismissal of a product liability action brought by former ISP Minerals Inc. worker David Midkiff and his wife accusing the companies of making respirators that failed to protect him from inhaling dangerous silica dust.
