Fed. Circ. Revives Light Fixture Patent Dispute

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 2:29 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has revived part of an infringement dispute B-K Lighting Inc. brought over a patent for an adjustable light fixture mount, though one judge criticized the panel's decision to remand the case rather than rule on the patent's validity.
