Secure Energy’s Trade Secrets Case Trimmed

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 6:08 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has allowed Secure Energy Inc. to move forward with a slimmer version of its trade secrets and breach of contract case accusing Icon Construction Inc. and Datel Engineering LLC of acquiring its stock and then passing along secret information about the company to competitor Coal Synthetics LLC in violation of a confidentiality agreement.
