Obama Taps 3 For District Court Spots

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 5:37 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama has named a prosecutor and attorneys with Warner Smith & Harris PLC and Pigott Reeves Johnson & Minor PA to fill district court judge spots in Massachusetts, Arkansas and Mississippi.

The president nominated Denise Jefferson Casper, Paul K. Holmes III and Carlton W. Reeves on Wednesday to fill spots in the U.S. District Courts for the District of Massachusetts, the Western District of Arkansas and the Southern District of Mississippi, respectively.
