Urban Outfitters Seeks Sanctions In 'Free People' Spat

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 2:37 PM EDT) -- Urban Outfitters Inc. has asked a federal judge to sanction BCBG Max Azria Group Inc. in an infringement suit over Urban Outfitters' “Free People” mark, arguing that BCBG's objections to the plaintiff's bill for $1.34 million in attorneys' fees are frivolous and untimely.
