Congress Aims To Roll Back Citizens United Ruling

Law360, New York (April 29, 2010, 1:43 PM EDT) -- Democrats in both houses of Congress on Thursday introduced legislation to limit the effects of a January ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court that they argue opened the floodgates to unlimited corporate spending on elections.
