Angiotech, Boston Scientific Win Dutch Patent Case

Law360 (January 17, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- Boston Scientific Corp. and Angiotech Pharmaceuticals Inc. won a key patent ruling Wednesday when a Dutch court barred rival Conor Medsystems Inc. from selling its drug-coated coronary stent in the Netherlands, just a day after an appeals court in London ordered the U.K. version of the patent at issue revoked.
